When you’re just starting up a new blog, it can help attract attention and build a reputation by posting some quality links. Let’s see how well it works for a blog that’s merely one week old. It’s the Premiere Edition of Humor Blogging’s Week’s Best Links.
Value Blogging → Brent D offers some extremely valuable advice with his 5 Tips for improving your spontaneous combustion experience.
Satire → The Skwib unleashes the Carnival of Satire #87. I used to be a regular participant, and I think it’s time I got back into it.
Stupid Restaurant Patrons → Johnny Virgil tells us about the Goat Cheese of Death.
Stupid Books → Diesel tells us about the new book, The Tooth Machine.
Stupid Movies → Pointless Banter tells us what Movies have taught us about private schools.
Meta-Blogging → Maki says Your Fellow Blogger is Not a Competitor. I couldn’t agree more. If it weren’t for bloggers, we wouldn’t be here. Blogging… and reading blogs, that is.
If you’ve found (or created) any great links, please feel free to drop them in the comments or email them to me via my contact page.
You can stay updated by subscribing to Humor Blogging via Email or in an RSS reader.

Ah yes, pimping out others posts: the cornerstone of any successful new blog really.
Seriously, great blog by the way. Rickey especially dug the post about the weasel.
If I ever start a blog about blogs about blogs, you’ll be in it! Thanks for the link.
Thanks, Rickey. I hope to see you around here in the future as well.
Diesel, I’ll be sure to link to that blog when I start my blog about blogs about blogs about blogs.
I’m thinking about a blog that looks at the human side of blogging about blogs that talk about blogs.
I’ll call it bloggetyblogblogblogpuppiesicecream.
That sounds like a good idea, but I’m not sure what puppies and ice cream have to do with it.
